Channel Supply
What we supply, and how it ships
We take products others have made and prepare them for the channel — then supply by the carton. We are not a manufacturer; we stand between what is made and where it sells.
Five categories
Divided by where logistics and regulation differ, not by merchandising convenience.
| Category | What differs |
|---|---|
| Colour & skincare | The heaviest advertising-claim restrictions, plus shelf-life management. Price headroom varies most by channel. |
| Hair, body & household | Short repurchase cycles. Once in, it turns into standing replenishment. |
| Convenience food | Short shelf life; ambient, chilled and frozen each carry different delivery terms. Labelling rules differ from cosmetics. |
| Bedding | Bulky, so carton units and freight cost work differently. Strongly seasonal — timing decides the outcome. |

We do not choose between channels
Each channel type suits different items and carries different price headroom. We decide the channel type first, then set price and volume.
| Type | What kind of place | Where supply differs |
|---|---|---|
| Open marketCoupang · Naver Smart Store · Gmarket | Always-on shelves where shoppers arrive by search | Uninterrupted stock is the premise — going out of stock costs visibility |
| Platform dealsKakao Makers · Kakao Talk Deal · Toss | The platform pushes one product for a fixed window | Volume per round is large; securing the slot comes before the product |
| Live commerceChannel live · warehouse live | Orders arrive during the broadcast | Stock before the show and replenishment after are both required |
| Group buyingSeller-run group buys | A seller opens it to their own audience | The seller’s trust comes before the product; single-unit samples are the gate |
| Department store & curated mallsSelective entry | Curated shelves with an approval process | Completeness of detail pages and mandatory labelling decides approval |
| Closed & employee mallsCorporate and affiliate malls | Where the price does not leak outside | Volume can move while the brand’s open-market price holds |
| B2B wholesaleCarton-unit delivery | We hand over by the carton and the buyer sells on | Simplest of all, but no sell-through data comes back to us |
Advertising claims are cleared in advance
Korean law sets out what may not be said about cosmetics and food. Both the party that writes the claim and the party that publishes it fall within scope, and platforms act on their own terms separately.
We provide a written list of prohibited expressions for the item before supply, and review detail-page and thumbnail copy against the same standard.
Why prices are not published
Terms vary by item, quantity and channel, and one channel's terms narrow the negotiating room of the next. Send the item and expected quantity and we return a written proposal.
Channel exclusivity is not guaranteed. The same item may go to other channels, and we say so up front. Where exclusivity is needed we discuss it separately, against volume and term.
