Terms are settled before we start
Who carries the stock, where the goods ship from, when settlement closes.
Three formats, by who carries the stock

In every format both the purchase and the sale are booked under 312n Company — we receive the purchase invoice from the supplier and issue the sales invoice to the channel. The channel deals with one counterparty only.
